La comodidad de la habitación, así como la atención prestada por el personal.para nosotros la ubicación también ha sido bastante adecuada a nuestras necesidades.

Su ubicación. Al lado de la estación de tren para poder visitar los pueblos del Cinque Terre.

Mucho ruido en la habitación procedente de la calle, coches, obras, habitaciones de al lado... El baño huele a desagüe y hay que tener la ventana abierta todo el tiempo para evitarlo.

La atención de Roberto con recomendaciones muy buenas. Los capuchinos de Silvana.las pizzas de la trataría del hermano de Roberto.

La dueña de la habitación es una persona excelente, la habitación está fenomenal, limpia y cuidada con detalle y muy bien ubicada, frente a la estación, lo que te permite seguir los consejos turísticos de la dueña de ir a ver los pueblos de Cinque Terre. Repetiría, sin duda!

Habitación amplia, limpia y con Wifi. Está bien si quieres coger desde allí el ferry a le Cinque Terre.

Caro para lo que era, el desayuno lo servían en un bar cercano y consistía en un bollo y café.

La ubicacion es perfecta por que esta justo en frente de la estacion de tren y tampoco esta lejos de la calle principal. Giulia es muy amable y servicial.

El desayuno no nos gusto mucho el bar que esta justo debajo nos dio un bollo por lo menos del dia anterior estaba muy seco (era incomible)

The Affittacamere is right across from the railway station. The rooms are very secure. I passed through three locked doors in order to reach my room.

Upon arrival I found the front door locked. Noone answered when I rang the office. Thankfully someone arrived a few minutes later and had a mobile telephone. He rang the phone number that was posted on the front door. Shortly after, the manager arrived and let us both in. This is the only problem that I faced. After that "hurdle" I registered and everything else went fine.

Great location - central station across the street. Cinque Terre just 8 minutes by train. Nice owner - she is very kind and helpfull. I highly recommend.

there's a strange smell around the area. no parking space. bathroom is old, dark and not clean. breakfast only one bread with one coffee.

the location is convenient to travel to the chinque terra by the train from La Spezia. breakfast was at a nearby bar so it was small but fair the owner was very kind and helpfull

the parking is not as near as it is promissed. the room was not clean and the hot water ran out so we had to wait a half an hour to take a shower. also the shower facilities are not in good condition. the bed was very uncomfortable the bottom line- not worth the price

It was close to La Spezia station and clean. Giulia was very helpful when she checked me in. She answered all my questions and also recommended some other hikes for me to do (I had stayed there a few weeks after the flood in Cinque Terre happened so some of the trails were closed). I liked that tea and a small kettle were provided in the room.

Breakfast was included (coffee and a brioche), however you had to walk to one of the two cafes (one of them is just outside the building). It was not a big deal for me, but I can see that other people may not find this convenient. Also, sometimes you could hear the tv from other peoples rooms.

I stayed here as it was close to the train station which I needed to use to visit the Cinque Terre. The room served its purpose well & is a budget friendly place to stay.

Simple clean room in an apartment which is only used as b&B. Good value for money. Nice host who made an effort to make us feel at home. Breakfast at the bar below, you get a coupon to get a coffee and a croissant.

The area was a little rough, but close to the station so it is good if you arrive by train. No free parking in the street, but owner can direct you to free parking space a bit further away.
